They say animals and children are the hardest subjects to photograph. I’d have to agree. It is, after all, much easier to get an adult human to pose for you, than a small child or your favourite pet.
I’ve been asked to photograph a few animals, mainly of the pet pooch and small cute fluffy feline variety. Pet photography certainly requires a lot of patience, but in the end it’s always worth it.
Take my cat for instance. I’ve taken countless photos of her over the years, and this is one of my favourite images. I think it really shows off her personality. I’m not quite sure what she was thinking though, when I took this shot.
